How This Superfood Keeps you Healthy, Lean, and Full of Energy

I have been deficient in nutrients before. How about you? That's why I supplement my diet. Desiccated beef liver tablets have been part of my supplement regimen for years. It's one of the supplements I will continue to take no matter my fitness goals. This is because of its nutritional content. Let's look at the nutritional profile of uncooked liver for comparison. Desiccated beef liver means we dried the beef liver to turn it into powder. A 3oz serving of beef liver contains:

  • Calories: 153

  • Protein: 23g

  • Fat: 4g

  • Carbohydrates: 4g

  • Fiber: less than 1g

  • Sugar: less than 1g

It also provides:

CoQ10

Purines

Cytochrome P450

And it does not stop there. I did not cover the B vitamins:
